The Nuffield Trust is looking for a Team Assistant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The sucessful applicant will provide administrative support across the three core teams within the Nuffield Trust, mainly focussing on the Communications and Operations teams. The role will involve:
- Providing administrative support for a wide range of services within communications (including events) and operations (including HR and Finance).
- Managing email inboxes and calendars for relevant organisation accounts and Directors and Deputy Directors.
- Providing a professional reception service for visitors to the Trust.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Managing contacts in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
