The Research Group Director, Health and Wellbeing, is a critical role in the success of RAND Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced research manager and leader to join a growing Health and Wellbeing research group. The group has a strong research portfolio with a diverse and growing number of funders, works through several enduring collaborations with elite universities, and is known for its impactful translational research. The role holder will provide team leadership, research leadership and thought leadership to the group and beyond. They will establish a forward-looking group strategy and support their group to deliver annual revenues of c. £2.2m. They will also serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Group of RAND Europe, contributing the strategic direction of the wider organsation.
