Research Associate in qualitative research - UCL DAHR
Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join the Department of Applied Health Research (DAHR) at UCL. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher with a background in social sciences applied to health care research to work in the Department of Applied Health Research (DAHR), University College London, under the supervision of Professor Naomi Fulop.
The post-holder will work on a major new research study funded by the National Institute for Health Research Health Services and Delivery Research Programme (NIHR HS&DR), entitled CONCORD: CO-ordiNated Care Of Rare Diseases, led by Professor Stephen Morris.
This study will use quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate whether and how care of people with rare diseases is co-ordinated in the UK and whether and how patients and families affected by rare diseases and health care professionals who treat rare diseases would like them to be co-ordinated.
This full-time post is available from 1st June 2018 for two years in the first instance and will be based at the UCL Department of Applied Health Research. Job share will be considered.
