The College of Medicine & Health (University of Exeter) wishes to recruit two Postdoctoral Research Associate/ Fellow to work on the NIHR-funded Care Under Pressure 3 (CUP3) research project - a Realist Evaluation that aims to optimise the delivery and impacts of interventions to reduce hospital doctors’ mental ill-health in the NHS. The project is part of a growing programme of NIHR-funded research and builds upon the findings of a realist review of interventions to tackle doctors’ mental ill-health completed previously by the same research team.
The successful applicant will become a core team member of the team (Dr Daniele Carrieri, Professor Karen Mattick and Dr Jason Hancock from the University of Exeter; Dr Mark Pearson from the University of Hull; and Dr Chrysanthi Papoutsi and Professor Geoff Wong from the University of Oxford) delivering this important and innovative project. Key tasks will include conducting the realist evaluation, developing strong links with key stakeholders in the recruited NHS Trusts, and leading the engagement with the project advisory group and other stakeholders.
