New report on the health care needs of people with multiple health conditions
The Health Foundation has published new research highlighting that nearly one in four people, an estimated 14.2 million people in England are living with multiple conditions and this particularly effects those living in deprived areas. THF argues that there is a need to improve care for these individuals across the NHS and other sectors, and they have set out six steps to achieve this.
