Research Fellow - Statistics and Epidemiology

The Institute of Applied Health Research at the University of Birminham wishes to appoint a Research Fellow in Statistics and Epidemiology to work across a range of projects in public health, global health, and health services research. The post provides an exciting opportunity to work across several areas of applied statistics including cluster randomised trial design and analysis, survey design and methodology, causal inference, observational data modelling, and health economic statistics. The role is particularly suitable for someone with a PhD or strong background in applied statistics or epidemiology, but those working in related applied quantitative subjects including economics, ecology, and computer science, are welcome to apply. This role is a fixed term contract up to 30th November 2023
