The Health Foundation and Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), part of UKRI, are co-funding the development of a unique £15m UK Centre which will lead the way for better implementation of high quality research evidence in adult social care.

They are looking for an experienced Centre Director and leadership team, who will lead the co-design, implementation and delivery of the Centre. The Director and leadership team will be appointed in summer 2020 and the design and the delivery of the Centre will begin in late autumn 2020.

The Centre will be unique in its approach by developing a team of knowledge mobilisation and implementation experts, social care sector stakeholders and representatives of people with lived experience of social care and their carers, and academics to deliver change through greater knowledge mobilisation and evidence implementation within the sector.

The Centre will have a UK-wide remit and will be expected to operate in the existing regional and national landscapes.

The deadline for submission of full proposals is 29 January 2020. Find out more here.
