Building on the success of their 2020 virtual conference, the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management are looking for researchers to speak at Leaders in Healthcare 2021. This year's event will include two days of interactive in-person activity at the Barbican in London followed by two days of live and pre-recorded content delivered online. All four days will offer plenty of networking opportunities and space to share stories of the past year. Due to pandemic pressures there have been significant professional and personal challenges for leaders at all levels and the programme for 2021 will recognise this by providing space to share experience, workshops focussing on self and team wellbeing, and inspiring speakers to rejuvenate leaders to lead in the post pandemic world.
