The University of Bradford are seeking an experienced and highly motivated midwifery educator to join the Midwifery team in the School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery. The team are national leaders in developing and delivering Problem Based Learning curricula and have presented at international conferences on the use of innovative simulated teaching methods. They offer a range of exciting pre-registration and post graduate programmes, including the Post Graduate Certificate in Diagnostic Hysteroscopy &Therapeutic Management and the MSc Midwifery.
The School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery have developed a strong portfolio of education provision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for Physiotherapy, Diagnostic Radiography, Occupational Therapy, Paramedic Science and Midwifery with staff contributing to teaching across Nursing and Healthcare leadership and the Physician Associate programmes.
You should be committed to high quality academic and clinical education and be innovative and creative in your work with the ability to manage timelines, lead others and support students and less experienced staff . You will work collaboratively with staff in the School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery and across the Faculty of Health Studies, including the service user and carer group and with our students to further develop our programmes and to develop new business or research opportunities.
