Join our new event series with Kaleidoscope Health and Care bringing people together from across healthcare – in policy, delivery, strategy and research – to learn from successful change in the NHS. Changing Healthcare will use four case studies of successful, large scale change in the NHS as themes to underpin four events that will focus on drawing out the learning for those working in, or thinking about, improvement and system change within the NHS.
In our second event we ask: Why was the NHS so successful in achieving the reduction in healthcare associated infections? And what can those working in large scale change today learn from the way they approached change?
We will hear from a range of perspectives as we consider factors such as the roles of national leadership, targets and accountabilities.
Speakers:
- Bruce Keogh, Chair of Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and former NHS Medical Director
This free event is open to all, but will be of particular interest to people working in service change, delivery, policy and research.
The day will start at 10.00 and close at 16.00, with lunch provided.
